That is shallota flavor pasta! SO Easy!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)
10 shallots, halved and thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
1 pound whole wheat spaghetti
1 cup grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
1/3 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley (a generous handful)

Directions:

1.In a large skillet, heat the EVOO, 4 turns of the pan, over medium-low heat. Add the shallots and garlic; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and golden, 20 minutes.
2.While the shallots are cooking, bring a large pot of water to a boil, salt it, add the spaghetti and cook until al dente. Pour 3 ladlefuls of the pasta cooking water into the cooked shallots and stir. Drain the pasta and add to the shallots. Crockpot Orange Chicken Recipe

Cook time:  3 hours 30 mins
Total time:  3 hours 35 mins
Serves: 4

 
Ingredients:

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, thawed
¬ĺ cup Smuckers Sweet Orange Marmalade (or your favorite organic/homemade)
¬ĺ cup of Sweet Baby Ray‚Äôs Original BBQ Sauce {it‚Äôs SO good!}
(Or your own bbq sauce)
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce (or liquid aminos)

Instructions

Cook chicken in crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours {covered}
After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from crockpot. At this point… you can either leave the chicken breasts whole, or remove, cut into cubes, and transfer back to crockpot. Mix together bbq sauce, orange marmalade, and soy sauce. Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on high for 30 more minutes {covered}. Serve with rice and Enjoy!
